Fox 9 + Returns as TV Home for St. Cloud State Men’s Hockey

Fox 9+ will be the TV home of the Huskies for seventh consecutive season
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Men's Hockey has finalized game times and TV broadcast information ahead of its 2024-25 home schedule, as announced on Friday. For the seventh consecutive season, Fox 9+ will be the television home of the Huskies.
All 18 men's hockey regular season home games and one exhibition game will be televised on Fox 9+ in the Twin Cities and central Minnesota. Fox 9 sports director Jim Rich will provide play-by-play with former Husky captain Geno Parrish on color commentary in his third season in the booth. In addition to home coverage on Fox 9 +, all National Collegiate Hockey Conference games, home and away, will be streamed live online at NCHC.tv.
Most Friday night home games will start at 7:30 p.m. CT, while Saturday contests will begin at 6:00 p.m. CT (puck drops will occur at 7:37 and 6:07, respectively). The only exceptions include SCSU's Oct. 25-26 series against Augustana, which will start at 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT on Friday and Saturday, respectively, and a Sunday, Dec. 29 tilt against St. Thomas at 4:00 p.m. CT. Fox 9 will air home games live when able and on a tape delay when other commitments conflict.
For the 32nd season, St. Cloud State's student-led Husky Productions will provide all the production and television elements for the home game broadcasts. Affectionally known as "HP", the award-winning and student-run sports production organization routinely contributes to St. Cloud State University's top-20 ranking nationally in sports broadcasting schools by the STAA.
"We are thrilled to have our student broadcasts on Fox9+ for another season." said 12th-year executive producer of Husky Productions Brian Stanley. "The student-produced men's hockey game broadcasts along with the partnership of Fox 9 + is on the forefront of getting St. Cloud State University's message to the viewers. It is a great relationship to showcase the great things that are happening at the university, to the team and our production quality throughout the season. The students understand the real world pressure of airing live on Fox 9 +, and the entire team embraces and welcomes that pressure."
