2013: In his first season as a Husky, Fitzgerald was 6-1 with a 2.49 ERA...he charted 35 strikeouts in 50.2 innings of work, which included 14 earned runs and just 36 hits allowed...pitched SCSU to a 5-4 win over Southern Arkansas at the NCAA Regional on May 18...hit season high with eight strikeouts in win at Mary on April 28...had seven strikeouts at Truman State on April 14...
