2019: Made his SCSU debut in the Houston Winter Invitational, starting each of the Huskies' three games from Feb. 1-3 at Minute Maid Park.

A 2014 graduate, team captain and pride award winner as well as a Top 1000 Player in Perfect Game's class of 2014 and four-year letter winner of Ames High School in Ames, Iowa... Attended Kirkwood CC from 2014-2017... Attended the University of South Carolina-Upstate for the 2018 season where he started 41 of 51 games and led the team in doubles.... Transferred to SCSU for the 2018-19 season...
Son of Robert and Tori Shahidi... Father, Robert, played golf at Kansas and UNC-Charlotte and professional golf... Step Mom, Noel, played golf at Iowa State... Has 2 younger brothers Tavan (Junior at U of Maryland) Tynan (Freshman at Parkland CC)... Enjoys lifting heavy weights, fishing for muskies, and eating rice and steak...
