SCSU to open NSIC Season on March 22-23 at the Metrodome

The #10/7/9/10 St. Cloud State University baseball team (11-2) will open the 2013 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference season at the Metrodome this weekend against Sioux Falls.
The Huskies were orignally slated to play USF outdoor in Sioux Falls, S.D. but the games have been moved indoors due to the weather and field conditions in Sioux Falls.
The Huskies will open the series on Friday, March 22 with a doubleheader starting at 9:45 p.m. SCSU and USF will complete the series on Saturday, March 23 with a doubleheader starting at 10:30 p.m.
Fans can attend these games at the Metrodome in Minneapolis. Tickets are available at the gate and plenty of good seats are available at game time in the Metrodome.

In the most recent NCAA Division II baseball national polls, the Huskies were ranked 10th in the D2Baseball.com poll and 10th in the NCBWA Division II poll. SCSU was ranked seventh in the College Baseball Lineup Division II poll and ninth in this week's Collegiate Baseball Newspaper Division II poll.
The Huskies were also ranked second in this week's prestigious NCBWA Division II Central Region poll on March 18.
