Baseball Games with USF Moved to Sioux Falls, April 11-12

St. Cloud, Minn. - St. Cloud State baseball head coach Pat Dolan announced Thursday their four-game series against the University of Sioux Falls has been relocated to play in Sioux Falls, S.D. on April 11-12. The doubleheader series on Friday will get underway at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday's first pitch is set for 2:30 p.m. from Harmodon Park.
Going into this weekend's series with USF the Huskies are 21-6 overall and 10-3 in the NSIC, while the Cougars are 14-15 overall and 8-8 in the NSIC. St. Cloud is coming off two wins against Minnesota Crookston on April 9th as they rolled over the Golden Eagles 20-0 and 15-2.
Sophomore Reese Gregory leads the Huskies at the plate as he holds a .533 batting average (8-for-15) including two doubles and one home run. Gregory is also leading the team on the mound with a 0.67 earned run average and a 6-1 season record in 27 innings pitched. He also tallied three saves so far this season coming in as relief for the Huskies. Also leading St. Cloud at the plate is senior Garrett Fischer with a .433 batting average (42-for-97) including six doubles and two triples.
