Men’s Basketball On the Road For A Pair of NSIC Games This Weekend

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The St. Cloud State men's basketball team (10-6, 6-1 NSIC) plays a pair of Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) road games this weekend. The program travels to Bemidji State to take on the Beavers (3-9, 1-6 NSIC) on Friday, Jan. 6, at 8 p.m. at Sanford Center. The program keeps the road trip going and heads to Crookston, Minn. to play against Minnesota Crookston (5-8, 1-6 NSIC) on Saturday, Jan. 7, at 6 p.m. at Lysaker Gymnasium.

- The Huskies carry a four-game winning streak into the week and have won seven of the last eight games.
- SCSU won a pair of games last week to improve the team's record to 10-6 overall and 6-1 in NSIC league play.
- The team is 6-1 in conference play in the NSIC for the first time since the 2011 season when the program won seven of the first eight league games.
- The team's 7-1 record in the month of December was the most wins for the program in the month since going 8-1 in 2006.
