No. 6 St. Cloud State Volleyball Selected to NCAA Tournament for Fourth Consecutive Season, Ninth Time in Program History

Huskies will play No. 16 Central Missouri on Thursday, Nov. 30 in St. Paul, Minn.
INDIANAPOLIS – For the fourth season in a row, St. Cloud State Volleyball is headed to the NCAA Tournament, as the 2023 NCAA Division-II Volleyball Tournament field was announced on Monday. The Huskies (22-8, 13-5 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference), the No. 5 seed in the central region, will face off against No. 4 seed Central Missouri (24-7, 18-2 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association) in a first-round matchup on Thursday, Nov. 30 at 5:00 p.m. CT in St. Paul Minn. at the Gangelhoff Center on the campus of Concordia-St. Paul.
Next Thursday's matchup will be the first time SCSU and the Jennies meet in an NCAA Tournament and the eighth meeting all-time between the programs. SCSU holds a record of 1-6 in the previous seven matchups. Central Missouri won the lone post season match between the teams, an AIAW-II Region VI Tournament tilt in 1982. SCSU's only win over the Jennies came in 1985.

7:00 p.m. - Semifinal winners
The eight regional winners will advance to Moon Township, Pennsylvania, at the UPMC Events Center on December 7-9.
