Kim records multi-hit game and stolen base
PHOENIX, Ariz. – St. Cloud State Baseball (4-5, 2-2 NSIC) dropped the second game of a four-game series with Adams State (4-13, 0-0 RMAC), 5-1, on Saturday afternoon in Phoenix. SCSU scored its lone run in the third inning when junior Taehyung Kim (Marana, Ariz.) reached home after redshirt junior Eric Bello (Manati, Puerto Rico) grounded into a double play.
Adams State jumped out to a 2-0 lead with runs in the second and third innings before SCSU cut the lead to 2-1 in the third inning. Adams State then added on single runs in the fifth, seventh and ninth innings to make the score 5-1.

SCSU and Adams State will finish its series on Sunday with a doubleheader. First pitch is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. CT / 11:00 a.m. MT at Marich Field on the campus of Phoenix College.
