2019: As a junior, Waddington played and started all 11 games for the Huskies as a member of the offensive line. Waddington helped St. Cloud State finish as one of the top rushing teams in the NSIC, as the team tallied 1373 rush yards throughout 2019 and scored 12 touchdowns on the ground. Additionally, the Husky quarterbacks were sacked just 17 times during the season and wracked up 2326 yards in the air to account for 17 St. Cloud State touchdowns.
2018: In his second season, Waddington appeared in eight games as a member of the offensive line. He helped St. Cloud State rush for 1560 total yards in 2018, which ranked seventh overall in the NSIC and fourth amongst teams in the North Division. Waddington also helped the Husky offense record 3712 total yards of offense while holding opposing defenses to just 14 sacks for losses of 88 yards protecting the quarterback.
2017: Appeared in four games as an offensive lineman for the Huskies in 2017... helped SCSU rush for a combined 653 yards in wins over CSP, Crookston and Moorhead.
Prior to SCSU: Started on both the offensive and defensive line for the last three years...also has spent two years as a thrower on the track team and ranks in the top 10 in several throwing events including a long of 47’10 in the shot put... Honor Roll student and Warrior Football volunteer...played at McHenry High School for Dave D’Angelo
Personal: Son of John E. and Elizabeth Waddington…undecided on potential major…most admires his mother for her tremendous work ethic…his favorite athlete is Vince Wilfork
