2018: In his final season with the Huskies, Horter earned both Second Team All-NSIC and Acadmic All-Conference honors after an outstanding senior season. Horter was the team's top tackler during 2018, as he closed the year with a team-leading 73 tackles. The senior linebacker also lead the team in solo tackles (49) at the end of 2018 and recorded 9.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions, one pick-6, three quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.

2017: Horter earned Academic All-Conference honors after an outstanding junior season for the Huskies. He ranked second on the team in defensive assists (31) and third in total tackles (57) at the end of the regular season. Additionally, Horter ranked in the top-50 in the NSIC as a defenseman, including fifth in the conference in forced fumbles (3).

2015: Played in six games during the 2015 season… finished the season with 11 total tackles (six solo)… He had a season-high five tackles in a game against University of Mary (11/14)… against MSU Moorhead recorded an INT that went back for 51 yards for a touchdown.

Prior to SCSU: A 2015 graduate of Marquette University High School...a 2X letterwinner in football...All-Conference First Team, All-Area First Team and All-State First Team as a senior...All-Conference Honorable Mention as a junior...team captain and defensive MVP...had 157 tackles, 11 sacks and 22 TFLs as a senior...two-time letterwinner in baseball...team captain and All-Conference Second Team award winner in baseball.
