2019: As a senior, Solberg put together another impressive season, as he earned Second Team All-NSIC and Academic All-Conference honors for his performances on and off the field. In season riddled by injury, Solberg appeared in nine games and made seven starts for the Huskies and ranked second on the team in total receiving yards (520) and receptions (33). More impressively, the senior led St. Cloud State in touchdowns (5) and yards/game, averaged 57.78 before injury ended his season early. Solberg additionally completed one pass for 25 yards in 2019 and rushed for 35 yards.

2018: Solberg had a breakout year his junior season, earning First Team All-NSIC and Academic All-Conference honors at the end of the year. The junior wide receiver had a break out season in 2018, as he was Lawhorn's favorite target during the season, recording a career-high 848 receiving yards with eight touchdowns. Solberg ranked seventh in the NSIC in both total receiving yards (848) and receptions per game (5), while ranking eighth in yards per game (77.1) and 15th in yards/catch (15.4).

2017: As a sophomore, Solberg earned Academic All-NSIC honors and was statistically the team's No. 2 receiver. Solberg led the team in yards (610), yards/gain (19.1) and average yards/game (67.8) in 2017 and was No. 2 in targets (32) and touchdowns (2). He recorded two 100+ yard games in 2017, with season high 151 vs. Crookston on October 7.
