2019: Webley redshirted in 2019 to preserve a season of eligibility.Â
High School:Â In four years at Burlington High School, Webley earned eight varsity letters and multiple accolades in the sport of football. He was a two-time All-Conference, All-County and All-Region wide receiver and earned both Honorable Mention All-State and Academic All-State honors for his play as well. In track and field, Webley qualified for the state tournament in long jump and was named the All-County Athlete of the Year in 2018. Off the field, he was an honor roll student and member of National Honors Society. He was coached by Steve Tenhagen.
Personal: Webley chose St. Cloud State because of the academic opportunities, as well as the town and campus atmosphere. He is the son of Jim and Ann Webley.
