2011 Season: Starter in 23 of 27 matches played...led the team with 22 sevice aces...ranked second on the team with 189 kills and led the team with most attack attempts... had a team high 639 receptions.
2010 Season: Stepped in as a first year player in the back row…co-led the squad with 27 serving aces in her rookie season debut…charted a career-high four serving aces at Augustana College on Oct. 29…put away nine kills from the back row and dished out 22 set assists…dug up a career-best 17 digs at Northern State in a thrilling come-from-behind victory in five sets on Sept. 18…ranked fifth on the team with 189 digs.
HIGH SCHOOL: Named the 2009 All-Area Player of the Year...a three-sport standout athlete for the Spartans...coached by Ted Faber...lettered four times in volleyball and was named to the All-Central Lakes Conference squad three times during her prep career... a 2008 All-Area player...in basketball Hansen charted four letters and gained two All-Conference nods...was also All-Area Honorable Mention in 2009-10....Hansen has lettered three times in softball, posting two All-Conference accolades during the spring months.
PERSONAL: The daughter of Steve and Cathy Hansen...was named a Central Lakes Conference Scholar Athlete after tabulating a 3.8 grade point average...brother Brian plays on the Husky baseball team.
