Academic All-State in 2013 and 2014...Academic All-Conference in 2012, 2013 and 2014...Scholar-Athlete Award in 2011-2014...posted 919 assists, 158 digs and 44 aces during senior season at Lincoln East...at Delaware in 2015, Duch played in 39 sets with five digs and three aces.
