Men's golf leads after first day of MSU Invite
Women's Golf - Detroit Lakes, Minn. -- St. Cloud State posted a team score of 665 following rounds of 320-345 to take third place in the Concordia Invite hosted by Concordia College-Moorhead and played at Wildflower Golf Club Saturday and Sunday. Men's Golf - Mankato, Minn. -- The Huskies lead the Minnesota State University invitational following the first day of action. St. Cloud State shot a team score of 298 and Jack Barnhart is in third place among the individual leaders.
Complete Results
Laurel Enstrom led the Huskies with a fourth place individual finish. She fired rounds of 76-84 and finiesh at 16 over par 160. Ashlee Lindeen had a solid outing for St. Cloud State, shooting 84-81 for a 165 and tied for 15th place. Newcomer Madison Tenney improved her score on the seond day as she shot 90-82 and finished in 28th place.Â
St. Cloud State returns to the links on Sept. 13-14 at the Concordia University, St. Paul Invitational to be played at Tartan Park Golf Course.
