St. Cloud State Baseball nabs 11-10 win over Malone on March 7

The St. Cloud State University baseball team moved its 2015 record to 6-0 with an 11-10 victory over Malone University on Saturday, March 7. The game was played in Tucson, Ariz. as part of the Huskies' spring break trip to the southwest. The Huskies will continue their 2015 season on March 8 with a game in Tucson, Ariz. against Southwest Minnesota State.

In the win over Malone, SCSU scored two runs in the second, four runs in the third, four runs in the seventh and one run in the eighth inning to collect the win. The Huskies' Reese Gregory won the contest with a home run in the bottom of the eighth inning. He completed the game by pitching the final inning for the Huskies in relief to get the save.
