Bulson hits a pair of home runs, Nett extends his hitting streak to 10
The Huskies held a 1-0 lead after three innings until a two RBI single from Carter Shook gave CSP a 2-1 lead. St. Cloud State would quickly punch back when senior Paul Steffensen (1-for-5, R, BB, 2-Run HR, 3 RBI) grabbed the lead back with his two-run shot to left. The Golden Bears would tie the game a three a piece, but their offense was no match for SCSU in the series finale. The Huskies would score in five straight innings to finish off the Golden Bears with a three-run bottom of the eighth inning to run rule CSP for the second game in a row by a score of 17-7.
KEY MOMENT
After the Golden Bears cut St. Cloud State's lead to two entering the bottom of the seventh, the Huskies responded with five runs on five hits to extend their lead to 14-7 late in the game.
