Bio
2021: This will be Francesconi's final season with St. Cloud State.
2020: In her fourth season with the Huskies, Francesconi started all 22 games for St. Cloud State as either a center or left fielder. Like 2019, she continued to improve at the plate, hitting .225 with 13 hits in 58 at bats, recorded one double and five RBI. Francesconi additionally went 10-10 on stolen base attempts in 2020 with 26 put outs, five assists and one error in 22 games in the outfield. She was voted team captain prior to the season.
2019: As a junior, Francesconi started all 61 games and put together a career-season as the Huskies center fielder. She hit a career-high .319 during the season, with 51 hits in 160 at bats for St. Cloud State, and scored a career-high 33 runs with six doubles, one triple, three home runs and 18 RBI. In the outfield, she tallied 113 putouts as the center fielder and five assists.
2018: As a sophomore, Francesconi appeared in 38 games and made 38 starts for the Huskies as an outfielder. She hit .200 during the season with 12 hits in 60 plate appearances. Francesconi compiled 12 runs during the season as well and committed just two errors in center field.
2017: Played in 13 games with one start...scored three runs and had a walk...scored runs against Felician (3/8), Philadelphia (3/12) and Wayne State (4/29).
2016: Sat out the 2016 season to maintain her season of eligibility.
Before SCSU: Played softball and won the Silver Medal at the 2015 Provincial Championships with the Mississauga North Tigers and a Gold Medal in the Canadian World Series … Played four years with the Mississauga North Tigers … voted top outfielder and named to the All-Star at the 2015 Canadian Nationals … In 149 at-bats had 69 hits, 46 singles, 13 doubles, seven triples, three home runs, a .463 batting average, an on-base percentage of .491, a slugging percentage of .705 and a OPS of 1.195 … won a Math Award in 11th grade … also played hockey for nine years
Personal: A 2015 graduate of Emily Carr Secondary School…daughter of Clifford and Tracey Francesconi … Majoring in recreation & sports management … Her favorite athlete is Patrick Kane from the Chicago Blackhawks … her sister, Senna, who was also a member of the SCSU softball team (2014-16) had the greatest influence on her life
