In her fourth season with St. Cloud State, Istvanovich appeared in 22 games with 13 stars. She recorded eight hits in 33 at-bats for a season batting average of .242. She tallied three RBIs and three stolen bases. She posted one double, one triple, and a home run for a .424 slugging percentage. On defense, she tallied 84 putouts with four assists as catcher. Additionally, Istvanovich was named an NSIC All-Academic team member.
2022: In her third season with the Huskies, Istvanovich appeared in 25 games with 15 starts as a catcher. She recorded six hits, three of which were doubles, in 32 plate appearances and scored 12 runs for St. Cloud State. She went 3-6 at the plate in the Huskies sweep of SMSU on April 24, including a 2-3 performance in game two's 10-1 win. Istvanovich earned Academic All-Conference honors and was named to the NSIC's Academic Team of Excellence at the conclusion of the season.
2021: As a sophomore, Istvanovich appeared in seven games with one start as the team's catcher. She scored three runs during the season.
2020: In her first season with St. Cloud State, Istvanovich appeared in 21 games and made 19 starts as the team's catcher. She compiled four hits during the season and three runs with three RBI and four total bases. As a catcher, Istvanovich tallied 97 putouts and eight assists while committing just one error in the COVID shortened season. She recorded her first collegiate hit against Central Missouri on February 29, 2020.
High School: Istvanovich has been a steady contributor to the Chisago Lakes High School softball team, having played on the varsity team for the past six years. The catcher compiled a career batting average of .443 with an on base percentage (OBP) of .462 while slugging .689. She also put together an impressive .993 fielding percentage and earned All-Conference honors throughout her career. With her club team, Istvanovich put up similar numbers and was named both an All-Star and All-American at the Colorado Sparkler Tournament.
