A junior left fielder from Cathedral High School in St. Cloud, Imholte earned All-NSIC, All-Region and All-America notice for his stellar play in 2012.
An accomplished student, Imholte also earned All-NSIC Academic, Academic All-Region and Academic All-America honors to his status in 2012.
Imholte completed his junior season at SCSU in 2011, and he is slated to play summer ball this year with the St. Cloud Rox of the Northwoods League. He ranked among SCSU's leaders this season with a .371 batting average, 78 hits, 76 runs, 10 doubles, 39 RBIs and 102 total bases.
He set a team record this spring with 31 stolen bases and 36 hit by pitches. In the field, Imholte charted 69 putouts and posted a .987 fielding rate. In his career, Imholte owns the team record already by being hit by a pitch 66 times. He also owns the team record for most stolen bases at 61.
