Women's Basketball to Host Valley City State Sunday in Home Opener

St. Cloud, Minn. -- The St. Cloud State University women's basketball home opener will take place this Sunday against Valley City State University. This marks the Huskies first official game of the 2013-14 season as tipoff at Halenbeck Hall is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17.Â
St. Cloud State has prepared for the opener with exhibition games against the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the University of St. Thomas. St. Cloud State defeated Valley City State last season in their home opener, 70-45.Â
