Huskies football hosts University of Mary in 2014 season finale

Senior class to be recognized at half-time
St. Cloud, Minn. -- The Huskies football team will play the final game of the 2014 season this Saturday, Nov. 15 against the University of Mary. The kick-off is set for 1 p.m. at Husky Stadium.
St. Cloud State will recognize 11 players who will complete their playing eligibility during a half-time ceremony. This group of young men, many of whom joined the line-up in 2011, have experienced one of the most successful runs in Huskies football history. Together these players posted a 33-14 overall record, won a share of the NSIC title and advanced to the NCAA football playoffs in 2011; played in an exciting upset win over #2-ranked Minnesota Duluth in 2012, winning on the final play of the game; and enjoyed one of the most successful seasons in school history in 2013.
The 2014 players who will finish their collegiate careers are: #9 Taylor Berger, #26 Jarek Kunz, #27 Bobby Wills, #30 Eric Mielke, #37 Kyle Risinger, #49 Bo Putrah, #54 Patrick Faber, #58 Riley Kampsen, #73 Mitchell Weideman, #93 Jeff Bias and #94 Aaron Pavek.
