The St. Cloud State University football team (1-0, 0-0 NSIC) will travel to Augustana University (1-0, 0-0 NSIC) on Saturday, Sept. 12 for a 1 p.m. game at Kirkeby-Over Stadium in Sioux Falls, S.D.
SCSU will be playing Augustana University for the 36th time in the series that started in 1950. The Huskies currently own a 21-14 series lead. SCSU and AU did not play in 2014. The last time these two teams played, the Huskies charted a 31-6 victory at Husky Stadium in 2013. The last time these two teams played in Sioux Falls, the Huskies lost a 32-23 decision in 2010. SCSU is 4-5 in the last 10 outings against AU and it is 1-4 in the last five games played against the Vikings.
St. Cloud State football will be back home at Husky Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 19 for a 3 p.m. game against Southwest Minnesota State University for the Celebrate! St. Cloud State game.
