
Hymlarova and Kluge officially make respective National Teams for 2021 Women’s World Championship

St. Cloud State women's hockey forward Klara Hymlarova and newly-graduated senior Laura Kluge have officially made the Czech Republic and German Senior Women's National Team rosters respectively ahead of this month's IIHF Women's World Championship. The pair join fellow Huskies forward Jenniina Nylund to give SCSU three IIHF competitors.
Kluge will be making her third appearance for Germany, owning five points across 11 games with one semifinal appearance. Hymlarova has represented the Czech Republic three times, having played with the Senior National Team since she was 15 years old.
The 2021 IIHF Women's World Championship will take place over August 20-31 at WinSport Arena at Canada Olympic Park in Calgary.
