Four players score in double-digits in the loss
ST. CLOUD, MINN. – The St. Cloud State University men's basketball team fell to the University of Mary 90-77 in Bismarck, North Dakota Saturday afternoon. Caleb Donaldson (Bloomington, Ill. / Bloomington) led with 21 points, while four other Huskies scored in double digits in the loss. St. Cloud State is now 9-16 overall and 5-12 in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) play.
GAME SUMMARY
A cold spell derailed the Huskies in the first half, as they trailed the Marauders 41-27 after the opening 20 minutes of play. For the opening 10 minutes of play, St. Cloud State stayed within single digits of the Mary lead, as the Huskies trailed just 19-13 with 9: 53 left in the first half. However, St. Cloud State's offense went cold, while the Marauders got hot, resulting in a 14 point deficit.
The Huskies bit and clawed their way through the second half, using baskets from Caleb Donaldson (Bloomington, Ill. / Bloomington), Matthew Willert (Buffalo, Minn. / Buffalo), Ryan Bagley (Pocatello, Idaho / Burley) and Cameron Alexander (Hazelhurst, Mississippi / Hazelhurst) to whittle away at the Mary lead. Despite outsourcing the Marauders in the second half, St. Cloud State was unable to make up the early deficit, falling by final score of 90-77.

- Caleb Donaldson (Bloomington, Ill. / Bloomington) led the team with 21 points on 7-13 shooting and added seven rebounds in the loss.
- Cameron Alexander (Hazelhurst, Mississippi / Hazelhurst) added 14 points in the loss, while Matthew Willert (Buffalo, Minn. / Buffalo) and Ryan Bagley (Pocatello, Idaho / Burley) added 13 and 11 points respectively.

St. Cloud State will host Minnesota-Crookston in the final home game of the regular season on Thursday, February 17. Tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Halenbeck Hall.
