Redshirt junior alternate captain forward spotlighted on conference YouTube page

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – St. Cloud State Women's Hockey redshirt junior forward Laura Zimmermann (Ringgenberg, Switzerland) was featured on the most recent installment of the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) Commissioner's Corner podcast series in which WCHA Commissioner Michelle McAteer sits down one-on-one with extraordinary student-athletes across the league to discuss real-life topics, hockey, and everything in between.

SCSU has a bye week this week and will return to the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center to face the defending national champions, No. 1 Wisconsin (11-1-0, 7-1-0 WCHA) on November 14-15. Saturday, November 15 will be the team's annual "Fill the Herb" game and will feature former Husky and PWHL champion Klára Hymlárová '23, who will be at the game with the Walter Cup for autographs and pictures during the first intermission. Additionally, it will be a Hockey Hits Back mental health awareness game in partnership with Sophie's Squad and there will be autographs with select men's players during the second intermission and post-game autographs with select women's players.
