WCHA Announces 2025-26 Conference Schedule

Huskies open 28 game WCHA slate with home-and-home series against Minnesota Oct. 10-11
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) announced its 2025-26 conference schedule on Wednesday, providing St. Cloud State Women's Hockey with 28 WCHA contests across 14 series, spanning from early October to late February.
The 2025-26 composite schedule outlines weekend dates and opponents for each of the league's eight member institutions. Exact game days and times of each two-game series will be determined by the host institution, with the WCHA online composite schedule being updated accordingly. Non-conference matchups will also be updated on the composite schedule upon announcements from each league member.
The WCHA league schedule features 28 games for each team in 2025-26 as all eight programs play in two, two-game series (one home, one away) against each of the other seven member institutions. While the weekends are assigned, teams may opt to play Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, or for an agreed-upon home-and-home series.
The Huskies begin their WCHA slate Oct. 10-11 with a home-and-home series against Minnesota and will play its first home conference series at the Brooks Center the following week against St. Thomas (Oct. 17-18), while its first road series is at Ohio State (Oct. 24-25). SCSU closes the 2025 portion of the conference schedule at Minnesota State Dec. 5-6 and begins 2026 at home against Ohio State Jan. 9-10. St. Cloud State will finish its regular season on the road against 2025 NCAA Champion Wisconsin Feb. 20-21.
The full 2025-26 Huskies Women's Hockey schedule including nonconference opponents will be released in the coming weeks. All game times will be determined by the host institution.
