COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – St. Cloud State Women's Hockey graduate student goaltender Jojo Chobak (Chicago, Ill./Glenbrook North) (Chicago, Ill.) has been invited to the USA Hockey Women's National Festival, as announced by the organization Monday. The Festival is set for August 3-9 at the Lake Placid Olympic Center in Lake Placid, N.Y. This is the second time that Chobak will attend the National Festival.
Bringing together the top American female players from the U18 level to the national team, the Festival will assist in the evaluation process for the 2026 U.S. Olympic Women's Ice Hockey Team, set to compete in Milan at the Olympic Winter Games, and the selection process for the U18 and Collegiate Women's Select Team rosters for the U18 & Collegiate Series against Canada that will take place August 13-16 in Lake Placid as well.
The group is made up of 76 college and professional players, along with 46 players under the age of 18. All practices and games will take place at the Lake Placid Olympic Center in Lake Placid, N.Y. Chobak is one of nine college/professional goaltenders that will be in attendance.
In addition to the National Festival, Chobak has attended three USA Hockey National Goaltending Camps (2023, 24, 25) and was named to the 2023 U.S. Collegiate Select Team after and impressive performance at that year's Festival and helped the United States' U22 team sweep Canada in the three-game series.

In 2023-24, she went 7-11-1 over 17 starts and established new program records for single season save percentage (.939) and goals against average (1.64). She also recorded four shutouts.
