Huskies football to host #4 Minnesota Duluth this Saturday

St. Cloud, Minn. -- The Huskies football team returns to Husky Stadium this Saturday for an NSIC North Division game against fourth-ranked Minnesota Duluth. The kick-off is set for 1 p.m.
It's Alumni Day and St. Cloud State welcomes all football alumni to the game. The 1989 North Central Conference Championship team will be recognized at halftime of the game.

Weekend Highlights and Promotions:
- The annual Football Youth Clinic will be held Saturday morning at Husky Stadium. This clinic is free and open to boys and girls in grades K thru 8. Register between 9 and 9:30 and the clinic will run from 9:30 to 10:30. Participants will get a ticket to the 1p.m. game against UMD, a Huskies t-shirt, player autographs, a photo opportunity with Blizzard and a slice of pizza.
- St. Cloud State is supporting Cancer Awareness this weekend at its athletic events. Fans are invited to wear pink to Saturday's football, women's hockey, volleyball and men's hockey games. Our student-athletes will wear decals and pink accessories to help promote Cancer Awareness
- Huskies Fan Fest gets underway at 10 a.m. Saturday in the parking lot next to the south entrance of Husky Stadium. Special activities include tailgating, KCLD music and for the kids Big Blast Inflatables.
- The Huskies Insider Hour Luncheon will be Friday (Oct.10) noon in the Husky Den at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center. Cost is $10 and is open to the public. Scott Underwood and men's hockey coach Bob Motzko and two student-athletes are the featured speakers
