Meyer completed 14-of-28 passes with seven of his completions going in the direction of favorite target junior Jameson Parsons. Parsons totaled 163 yards and two touchdowns on his seven catches. His 163 receiving yards in the game gives him 1,078 yards on the season and makes him just the fifth different player in school history to top 1,000 receiving yards in a single campaign. It is also just the sixth time that the feat has been done in the record books. John Pass also totaled three catches for 53 yards and touchdown for SCSU. Sophomore Jaden Huff was the team's leading ball carrier with 99 yards and two touchdowns. Jerry Duckworth aided the defensive effort with a pair of interceptions with the Huskies totaling four interceptions in the game. Brady Westart totaled 12 tackles including a pair of sacks for SCSU in the victory.
The Huskies opened the scoring early before most fans even had the chance to get settled in their seats with Vance Barnes returning the opening kick 96 yards for a touchdown.

MSU Moorhead answered the opening score with a 72-yard touchdown pass from Demetrius Carr to Damon Gibson to tie the game at seven all.
Parsons scored his first touchdown of the game next when he took in a Meyer pass for a 44-yard score to complete the six play, 73-yard drive.
After a series of punts from both teams, SCSU added another first quarter touchdown to the advantage with Huff running 80-yards into the end zone.

Duckworth's second interception of the game led to a short field and a junior Derrick Witte 24-yard field goal to increased the SCSU lead to 24-7 with 12:38 remaining in the second quarter.
Another SCSU interception, this one by senior cornerback Jordan Sefon, stopped an MSUM drive and was followed by a 66-yard pass connection from Meyer to Parsons for the fourth Huskies touchdown of the game to put the score at 31-7 with 12:03 remaining in the second quarter.
Huff , after a 24-yard punt return to start things off, completed the next drive with a one-yard plunge for his second touchdown of the game to give the Huskies a 38-7 lead with just over three minutes remaining in the second quarter (3:05).
SCSU would score one more touchdown before the intermission with freshman linebacker Jack Horter returning the team's four interception of game 51 yards into the end zone to put the Huskies in firm control at 45-7 at the half.
The Dragons had rushing touchdowns from Zayne Medhaug and Kayne Griffith in the second half to finish with 21 points. The Huskies completed the scoring in the game with Pass hauling in a nine-yard touchdown pass from Meyer at the start of the fourth quarter (10:03) and senior Ledell White rumbling into end zone from 31-yards out with just over seven minutes remaining in the game.

The SCSU football team completes the home portion of the season and hosts Northern State (5-4, 5-0 NSIC North) for Senior Day a 1 pm. game on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Husky Stadium. The Wolves defeated No. 18 Minnesota Duluth by a 23-15 score on Saturday and have won five straight NSIC games.

- Jameson Parsons' 163 receiving yards against MSU Moorhead was the fourth time he has top 150 receiving yards this season. Only Fred Williams, five times in 2010, has reached the mark more in a single season for SCSU. Parsons has reached 100 yards receiving in six of the team's last seven games. Parsons remains the leader in the NSIC with 1,078 receiving yards and average of 119.8 yards a game.

-Parsons 163 yards receiving gives him 1,078 yards this season. He is just the fifth player in school history to total 1,000 or more receiving yards in season. Overall, it is just the sixth time the mark has been reached at SCSU.
-Parsons also caught two touchdowns in the game. He has now scored multiple touchdowns in a game twice and has seven receiving touchdowns this season.

- Sophomore Jaden Huff led the team in rushing with 99 yards and two touchdowns. Huff has now ran for 12 touchdowns this season. His 12 touchdowns are the most rushing TDs in the league this season and he is second overall with 12 touchdowns scored. Huff has scored at least a rushing touchdown in seven of the nine games this season

- Nate Meyer threw three touchdowns in the game and has a streak of five straight games with multiple passing touchdowns. He has multiple passing touchdowns in six games this season and 12 times in his career.
