The #2 St. Cloud State University baseball team (30-2, 14-2 NSIC) charted its 30th victory of the 2015 season thanks to a doubleheader sweep at NSIC rival Concordia-St. Paul (10-12, 8-6 NSIC) on Wednesday, April 8 in St. Paul, Minn.
In game one, the Huskies notched four runs in the top of the seventh inning to ice a 7-3 win over the Golden Bears before rolling in the second game with a 15-1 decision that was halted after seven innings. The two victories helped the Huskies maintain their hold on first place in the always rugged NSIC with a 14-2 league record.
