Huskies Men’s Soccer matches up with Johnnies in Wednesday tilt

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Men's Soccer continues its inaugural campaign with a road game against St. John's University on Wednesday evening. The match marks the Huskies' first regular-season tilt in the state of Minnesota and is free and open to the public.
The Huskies and Johnnies are scheduled to play at 5:00 p.m. CST at Haws Field. Live streaming and live stats are both available at THIS LINK with in-game updates provided on Twitter via @SCSUMSOCCER
SCSU scored three goals last weekend against South Dakota Mines courtesy of Zinedine Kroeten, Philip Caputo and Emmanuel Iwe. The latter led the Huskies in shots on goal across the weekend, while Jake Leonard recorded two assists on Saturday. St. John's enters with a 2-1-0 record, led in goals by Drew Engel's two. Evan Siefken has posted a 1.00 GAA as the keeper with an .812 save rate.
This marks the third of three road games before the program's home opener on Saturday, September 11 against Morningside College at 7:00 p.m. CST.
