Roadrunners score three goals in the first 13 minutes of the game

DENVER – St. Cloud State Men's Soccer (0-1-1, 0-0-0 GLIAC) dropped Sunday afternoon's match against Metropolitan State University of Denver in Denver, 9-0. The Roadrunners (1-1-0, 0-0-0 RMAC) scored three goals in the first 13 minutes and ended the first half with five en route to finishing the game with nine.

The Roadrunners held possession of the ball for the majority of the game and took 21 shots, putting 16 on frame, while the Huskies only managed four shots, putting all four on frame. The Huskies earned more corner kicks, five, than MSU-Denver, four. The Husky goalkeepers made a total of seven saves.

Fifth year defender Vukota Mastilovic (Belgrade, Serbia) led the Huskies by playing 76 minutes.
Fifth-year goalkeeper Dylan De Baldo (Vancouver, Wash.) made a season-high six saves.
Redshirt senior forward Jonas Luskey Sanders (Madison, Wis.) had one shot on goal and nearly netted his first goal for the Huskies.
