Huskies fall at home to the Rangers

ST. CLOUD, Minn - St. Cloud State Men's Soccer (2-5-0) (0-2-0) fell to the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Rangers (3-3-0) (1-1-0) 3-0 in their second conference home game of the season.

The Huskies came out of the gates strong as King Dwumah Acheampong challenged the Rangers with brilliant footwork and multiple good looks at the net. However, the Rangers were the first to answer, scoring in the 17th and 36th minute of the first half. The Rangers added some extra insurance in the second half, scoring in the 74th minute to make it 3-0. The three unanswered goals would carry the Rangers to victory. Parkside goalkeeper Mateusz Pass kept the Huskies from scoring, coming up with five total saves.
