Erik Willke earns his first shutout of the season in 0-0 draw

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. - St. Cloud State Men's Soccer (2-5-1) (0-2-1), played a draw to the Roosevelt Lakers (4-0-3) (2-0-1), 0-0 in a conference battle in the Windy City this afternoon.

It was a true defensive game between both teams, with their being just six total shots on goal through 90 minutes. SCSU's two shots on net were both in the 2nd half, coming from Drew Macoritti just inside the box to the left of the Laker keeper who came up with the save. Finn Mankowski registered the other shot on goal for the Huskies, firing a last second heave towards the net before the Laker keeper made the jumping save to keep the ball from sneaking into the top right corner. Erik Willke had his best game of the season earning his first collegiate shutout and tallying four saves.
