
Four From St. Cloud State Track & Field Earn CSC Academic All-District® Honors

Feller, Martinez-Rodriguez, Mohwinkle and Woelfel cited for academic and athletics performance
GREENWOOD, Ind. – Four St. Cloud State Track & Field student-athletes have been named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Track & Field/Cross Country Team, as announced by the organization on Tuesday. Sophomore thrower Kim Feller (Billings, Mont.), graduate jumper Elena Martinez-Rodriguez (Madrid, Spain), sophomore jumper Kinsey Mohwinkle (Aplington, Iowa) and sophomore pole vaulter Lauren Woelfel (Becker, Minn.) were recognized for their success in the classroom and on the track/in the field. Martinez-Rodriguez is the lone two-time selection, while the three sophomores earned the honor in their first year eligible.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Cross Country/Track & Field Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-District® Track & Field/Cross Country Teams, a student-athlete must have a 3.50 cumulative GPA or higher in both undergraduate and graduate studies (if applicable), be in at least their second year of competition at the collegiate level and ranked in the top 50 in their region in at least one single event (cross country regional meet, indoor track & field or outdoor track & field).
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk (*) and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced July 14, 2026 (men) and July 15, 2026 (women).
The Division II CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Division II Academic All-America® program.

Feller, a Recreation and Sports Management major, holds a 3.57 cumulative grade point average. She has been named to the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) All-Academic Team twice (2025-26 winter and 2026 spring). During the outdoor season, Feller ranked No. 30 in the central region in the hammer throw after posting a personal best mark of 48.82m/160-2 in the opener at Emporia State (Kansas).
Martinez-Rodriguez holds a 4.00 cumulative GPA as a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student while also previously finishing her undergraduate degree with a 4.0 GPA. She also earned CSC Academic All-District® honors in 2023-24. Additionally, Martinez-Rodriguez was a 2025-26 NSIC Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award winner and is a two-time NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence member (2025-26 winter and 2026 spring) and a two-time NSIC All-Academic Team selection (2025-26 winter and 2026 spring).
During indoor, Martinez-Rodiguez leaped to new career bests in the high jump (1.69m/5-6.5) and triple jump (11.75m/38-6.75), ranking tied for 11th and 14th respectively among athletes from the central region. During the outdoor season, she ranked tied for 25th and tied for 37th in high jump and triple jump after posting marks of 1.64m/5-4.5 and 11.37m/37-3.75. She posted six individual event wins over the course of the entire season, including the high jump at the NSIC Indoor Championships on February 27, becoming just the seventh Husky to win an event at the indoor NSIC Championships and first since Natalie Gottschalk (2015-19) won the pentathlon in 2018. Martinez-Rodriguez scored 14 of the team's 18.5 points in the meet including 10 points for winning the high jump.
Mohwinkle, an exercise science major, carries a 3.81 GPA. She is a is a two-time NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence pick (2025-26 winter and 2026 spring) and a two-time NSIC All-Academic Team honoree (2025-26 winter and 2026 spring). She ranked tied for No. 46 in the central region in the high jump after tying her career best clearance of 1.60m/5-3 at Grandview (Iowa).
Woelfel has a 3.79 cumulative grade point average as a nursing major. She is a is a two-time NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence selection (2025-26 winter and 2026 spring) and a two-time NSIC All-Academic Team member (2025-26 winter and 2026 spring). She was among the top 30 in the central region during both indoor and outdoor, ranking tied for No. 26 during indoor (3.62m/11-10.5) and No. 24 during outdoor (3.66m/12-0). Her outdoor mark was a new career best in which she set at the NSIC Outdoor Championships to place sixth and score three points for the team.
