2016-17: Cross Country – competed in six meets ...placed 59th in the UWRF Falcon Invite – 27:27.89 (9/9), 133rd in the Roy Griak – 25:54.3 (9/24), 24th in the Bob Waxlax – 24:23.7 (10/7), 39th in the NSIC Championship – 22:37.09 (10/22) and 74th in the NCAA Central Regional – 22:39.21 (11/5).
2015-16: Cross Country - Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team...placed 46th at the UWRF Invitational (25:47.12), 79th at the St. Olaf Invitational (25:38.7), 82nd at the Roy Griak Invitational (25:09.1), 24th at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (23:30.8), 26th at the NSIC Championships (24:19.3) and 62nd at the NCAA Central Regional (22:53.58)...Track - selected to the NSIC’s Winter and Spring All-Academic team in indoor and outdoor track...placed 10th in the 600m at the NSIC Indoor Championships – 1:42.53 (2/27)...finished 12th at the 800m at the Ted Nelson Classic – 2:24.64 (2/27)...finished seventh in the 800m during the outdoor season at Winona State Open – 2:27.79 (5/7)
2012-14: Competed at the University of North Dakota where she earned track letter
Before SCSU: A 2012 graduate of Albany Senior High School where she competed for coaches Kathy Conrad, Rob and Kim Holt, and Brian Haynes...a transfer from the University of North Dakota...received Ken Klemmer Award in 2012 as Albany's Female Athlete of the year...lettered six times in cross country...a participant in the MSHSL Cross Country State Tournament five times...two-time all-conference performer in 2011 and 2012 West Central Conference Cross Country champion...placed in top 20 in 2012 at Roy Griak Invitational...lettered four times in dance team...participant in the MSHSL Dance Tournament five times in High Kick...member of the choreography team from 2010-2012...high Kick and jazz team captain in 2012...lettered four times in track...a seven-time all-conference performer...state participant for the 800 meters in 2010 after sub-section and section runner up...set a school record in the 800 meters...assisted in setting a school record in the 4x3200 meter relay...second leg in 2012 4x1600 meter relay as section champions...her team took seventh at the MSHSL State Tournament breaking the school record in the trials as well as the finals.
