SCSU women's tennis drops 6-3 decision against Minnesota State

The St. Cloud State women's tennis team (3-13, 3-5 NSIC) lost a 6-3 match against NSIC rival Minnesota State, Mankato on Sunday, March 25. The match was played at the Lifetime Fitness Center courts in Fridley, Minn.
SCSU's Alexie Portz scored a 6-1, 6-4 victory at number two singles and also teammated with Fernanda Quintino dos Santos to post an 8-0 win at number doubles. SCSU's Samantha Fitzpatrick tallied a 6-4, 6-0 win for the Huskies at number four singles.
SCSU will continue its 2018 campaign on April 6 with a match against Augustana. The match will be played in Duluth, Minn. SCSU will follow on April 7 with matches in Duluth against Sioux Falls and Minnesota Duluth.
