Kansas Relay Results | CSP Lady Bear Twilight Results |
ST. CLOUD, MINN. – The St. Cloud State track and field team was certainly busy this past weekend. After having multiple outdoor meets cancelled due to the lingering winter weather in the Midwest, the Huskies were forced to compete in multiple meets over the same weekend. In fact, St. Cloud State sent student-athletes to both the Kansas Relays in Lawrence, Kansas and Concordia-St. Paul's Lady Bear Twilight to try and make up for some lost weekend. The Huskies found quite a bit of success in both meets, as they saw multiple student-athletes record high finishes and personal records (PR) in both locations.
At the Kansas Relays, Leighten Fischer (Iola, Wis. / Iola-Scandinavia) and Faith Lubner (Reedsville, Wis. / Reedsville) both recorded top-10 finishes in the heptathlon against some of the best athletes at the Division I level.
