That was an exciting college soccer game. I think we continue to improve every week. Parkside is the defending GLIAC champion, and they know how to grind out wins in adverse conditions on the road. Every week, we are presented with a new opponent, a new challenge, and a new opportunity for growth. To lose the game in a late penalty is a but gutwrenching, but that's sport. Our young attackers; Iwe, Pratumwon, Garcia and Kroeten we're terrific. Their maturation and evolution will be thrilling to witness. We have to tighten things up at the back and learn to close out games. Now, we have to bounce back and Sunday. On to the next game."
UP NEXT
Next, St. Cloud State will be back on the pitch on Sunday, Oct. 3 when the Huskies host Northern Michigan. Kick off will be at 2:30 p.m. CT at Husky Stadium.
