Scott Eul will begin his second season as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the St. Cloud State baseball team in 2015-16.
Eul graduated from Rosemount high school in 2007, where he was a four-time letterwinner in football and baseball and a letterwinner in wrestling. He was also a two-time All-Conference award winner in baseball at Rosemount.

Eul went on to attend the University of North Dakota and pitched in relief for four season (three of those seasons under Coach Jeff Dodson). Â He named to the Athletic Director Honor Roll at UND four times during his college career.Â
He went on to coach for two years at Sewanee in Tennessee. Â Eul served as the recruiting coordinator, strength and conditioning coach, and pitching coach. Â In two years as pitching coach, Eul helped lower team ERA by 1.76 and also cut the number of homers allowed from 25 to under seven during his two-year tenure.Â

In 2014, Eul served as the the head coach for the Litchfield Manowars in the Beach Collegiate League.  His squad finished the regular season in second place with a 16-12 record.  Litchfield made it to the tournament quarterfinals and three of his players were selected for first team All-League honors.
In 2015, Eul coached the Manowars to the league championship. Â He coached the league MVP and three All-League members on that team too.

Eul has also served as the head coach of the Rosemount Legion team for three years. Â
In 2015, Eul was part of the SCSU coaching staff that helped lead the Huskies to a 54-5 overall record and a 31-3 NSIC record. Â This included a first place finish in the NSIC regular season standings and a NSIC postseason tournament title.
SCSU finished as the runner-up at the 2015 NCAA Division II Central Regional. Â Eul helped coach Daktronics Division II Pitcher of the Year Reese Gregory (NSIC Pitcher of the Year and Regional Pitcher of the Year)Â and a pitching staff that posted a 2.69 team ERA in 2015. Â SCSU outscored its opponents 499-177 in 2015. Â Eul also coached SCSU All-Americans Sheldon Miks (NSIC Freshman of the Year), Kyle Lieser, Mike Jurgella (NSIC Player of the Year and Regional Player of the Year)Â and Eric Loxtercamp.
