St. Cloud State Tennis Adds Grott to Recruiting Class

Grott is an accomplished tennis player from Poland
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Women's Tennis head coach Berit Merrill announced the addition of Oriana Grott to the Husky 2022-23 roster on Friday. Grott is an accomplished singles and doubles player from Warsaw, Poland.
"Oriana is an accomplished doubles player and a great singles player as well," said Merrill. "Oriana's accomplishments extend beyond the tennis court, she excelled in the classroom in high school and is respected by her peers, as she was elected High School Class President. She is an all-around great individual, and I am so excited for her to be a Husky!"
Grott's career accomplishments include a doubles championship at the Adriatic Cup G3, as well as a singles quarterfinal appearance and a doubles semifinal appearance at the Polish Championship. She also reached the doubles semifinals at the J5 Siroki Brjeg.
Off the court, Grott plans to major in Psychology at SCSU. She enjoys watching movies, reading books and film editing. She is the daughter of Beata and Robert.
