
St. Cloud State Tennis Reveals 2023 Schedule

Huskies will play 17 regular season matches, host three matches at Sta-Fit Tennis Center
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Tennis has finalized its schedule for the 2023 season. The season will consist of 17 total matches with three home matches at Sta-Fit Tennis Center and four matches in Orlando, Fla. during spring break.
The Huskies will once again open the season against Minnesota Crookston on Feb. 3 in Grand Forks, N.D. Last season, SCSU beat UMC, 6-1 to start the season. It will be the first of three consecutive weekends on the road for the Huskies, who will face Minnesota Duluth on Feb. 11, followed by Minnesota State Moorhead and U-Mary on Feb. 25-26 in Virginia, Minn.
St. Cloud State will then travel down to Florida for one week and partake in a four-match slate against Calvin, Clarion, John Carroll, and R.P.I. starting on March 4 and ending on March 9. SCSU will then return to Minnesota and start a six-match streak against conference opponents playing Bemidji State and Minnesota Crookston on March 18-19 in Duluth, Minn.
The Huskies will return home for the weekend and host Wayne State (March 24) and Upper Iowa (March 26). SCSU will then head out to Rogers, Minn. the following weekend to take on Minnesota State (March 31) and Southwest Minnesota State (April 1).
St. Cloud State's match on April 5 against St. Benedict will serve as the annual Jerry Anderson legacy match as well as Senior Day. The Huskies currently are in control of the Jerry Anderson trophy after beating St. Benedict 5-2 last year.
The Huskies will finish out the regular season in Sioux Falls, S.D. to face a pair of conference opponents, Sioux Falls and the reigning NSIC Conference Champion, Augustana. Those matches will take place on April 14 and April 15.
The NSIC Conference Tournament is scheduled to take place April 21-23 in Sioux Falls, S.D.
