St. Cloud State Softball Announces 2025 Schedule

Huskies open 56 game slate at home with annual Kelly Laas Memorial Tournament Feb 1-2
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Softball has announced its schedule ahead of the 2025 season. The Huskies 56 game slate includes the Kelly Laas Memorial Tournament (Feb. 1-2), the Lewis Dome Invitational (Feb. 20-22), THE Spring Games (Feb. 28 – March 7) and a full Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) schedule.

The Huskies open their new season with six home games including four on Feb. 1-2 at the annual Kelly Laas Memorial Tournament against conference foes Minnesota Duluth, Bemidji (twice) and Southwest Minnesota State before closing out the homestand with a nonconference doubleheader against Regis (Colo.) on Feb. 9.
After the homestand, SCSU will play 22 games outside Minnesota. First, the Huskies travel to Sioux Center, Iowa for doubleheaders against Truman State (Mo.) on Feb. 15 and William Jewell (Mo.) on Feb. 16. Next, St. Cloud State will travel to Rosemount, Illinois for the Lewis Dome Invitational on Feb. 20-22 to play UW-Parkside (Wis.), Upper Iowa, Wayne State (Mich.), Grand Valley State (Mich.), William Jewell and Truman State. The Huskies will close out nonconference play with 12 games at THE Spring Games in Clermont, Florida from February 28 to March 7 to conclude their nonconference schedule.
St. Cloud State's conference schedule includes doubleheaders against each of the other 14 member schools. The Huskies open conference play with its first home game in 42 days on March 23 vs. Winona State and will conclude their regular season schedule at UMary on April 27.
The 10-team, single elimination NSIC Conference Tournament will take place at Bowden Field on the campus of Augustana in Sioux Falls, South Dakota again in 2025 from April 30 through May 3.
In total, the Huskies will play 22 home games at home between the Husky Dome and Husky Stadium. Last spring, SCSU announced that after 44 seasons, the Huskies would no longer play at Selke Field and that starting in 2025, Husky Stadium will be the full-time home for St. Cloud State Softball (to read more, click here).
