2017: Played in 53 games with 53 starts....tied the school record with three doubles against Bemidji State (4/12)...hit .307 with 35 runs, 50 hits, 11 doubles, a triple, three home runs, 22 RBIs, 72 total bases, 12 walks and four stolen bases...had 12 multi-hit games including four three-hit games....had her first career home run against Felician (3/9)...had three hits against Philadelphia (3/12), Bemidji State (4/12) and both games of the doubleheader against Wayne State (4/29)....named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team...earned a place on the NSIC’s Gold Glove Team....pitched in seven games with a start in the circle...earned the victory against Black Hills State (2/4)....threw seven innings against Northwest Missouri (3/19).
2016: Played in all 55 games with 54 starts…lead the team with her .351 batting average, 59 hits and 12 doubles…also recorded 31 runs, a triple, 27 RBIs, 73 total bases, .435 slugging percentage, seven sacrifice bunts, three sacrifice bunts, nine stolen bases and nine assists…. recorded a pair of doubles against MSU Moorhead (4/20)…Knocked in three runs against Northwood (3/7)…Named to the 2016 NSIC Spring All-Academic Team…earned the team award as the Golden Glove Defensive Player of the Year…Named the team’s Most Outstanding Player.
2015: Appeared in five games and recorded a stolen base…also appeared in four games in the circle and had a 1.17 ERA along with three strikeouts in six innings…part of a combined shutout against Jamestown (3/19)…named to the 2015 NSIC Spring All-Academic Team
2014: Appeared in 25 games for the Huskies making 14 starts…pitched 26.2 innings for the 2014 season…recorded a ERA of 5.25…had a total of 43 at bats and five runs…finished with one stolen base, one putout and eight assists…recorded a .277 on base percentage and a .233 slugging percentage…finished the season off with a .209 batting average…recorded a season-high six at bats against Southwest Minnesota (4/6)…pitched a season-high six innings vs. Wayne State (4/13) and a season-high three strikeouts against Sioux Falls (4/7).
Prior to SCSU: A 2013 graduate of Yucaipa High School… a four-year varsity letterwinner for the Yucaipa Thunderbird softball team… was a two-time First Team All-Conference pick and winner of the Coaches Award and Scholar Athlete Award.
Personal: Daughter of Bill and Robin Harps… majoring in criminal justice with a minor in psychology at SCSU.
