Bio
2020: This will be Jacobs fourth and final season with the Huskies.
2019: As a junior, Jacobs appeared in 54 games with 52 starts as the team's third baseman. She hit .227 with 32 hits in 141 at bats for St. Cloud State, with 27 runs, seven doubles, five home runs and 38 RBI for the Huskies. In St. Cloud State's 7-3 loss to Missouri State in the NCAA Regional, Jacobs hit a home run, cutting the Griffons lead to one run midway through the game. In the field, Jacobs compiled 56 put outs and 84 assists.
2018: As a sophomore, Jacobs played and started all 54 games for the Huskies as a third baseman. She compiled a .285 batting average with 51 hits in 179 plate appearances. Jacobs was second on the team in doubles, finishing the season with 11, and also recorded four home runs and 26 RBI for a season slugging percentage of .413. As a third baseman, Jacobs recorded a team-leading 107 assists in the field with 46 put outs and 12 errors for a fielding percentage of .922. She was named the St. Cloud State Athlete of the Month in May.
2017: Played in 37 games with 17 starts...picked up 15 hits, a pair of doubles, a home runs and 17 RBIs plus five walks...hit .313 as a pinch hitter with five hits...had a multi-hit game against Sioux Falls (4/22)....had five multi-RBI games...drove in a pair of runs against Wisconsin Parkside (2/11), Philadelphia (3/12), Northern State (4/4) and Bemidji State (4/12)...hit a grand slam and drove in four runs against Concordia-St. Paul as a pinch hitter (4/8).
Prior to SCSU: Played for Bob Samson and Bob Nickelby at Woodbury High School…a three-year varsity letterwinner…aided Woodbury advance to the Minnesota State H.S. state tournament in the spring of 2015 after a successful regular season record of 18-7…a three-time team captain and three-time all-conference selection…named to the Minnesota High School Coaches’ Association All-Section team in 2014 and 2015…in 2015, had a .375 batting average with a .429 on-base percentage and a .516 slugging percentage while batting in 19 runs…in the summer, she played club softball for the Minnesota Magic and helped the program advance to nationals in 2014 (Virginia) and 2015 (Tennessee).
