Bio
2019: Kopeck ended her career at St. Cloud State on a high note, as she earned Second Team All-Conference and First Team Academic All-District honors for her performance as a pitcher. As the Huskies ace, Kopeck appeared in 30 games with 27 starts, compiling a record of 18-7 with 15 complete games and four shutouts. At the end of the regular season, Kopeck led the team in overall innings pitched, strikeouts and wins and held the second lowest ERA on the Huskies pitching staff. More impressively, Kopeck ranked tenth in the nation entering the NSIC and NCAA Tournament in strikeout-to-walk ratio (7.25), while her 17 regular season wins and 2.17 ERA ranked both ranked top-10 in the NSIC. After the NSIC and NCAA tournament, Kopeck concluded the season with a 2.64 ERA and an 18-7 record on the mound for the Huskies. She tallied a career-high 161 strikeouts and walked just 26 while holding opposing batters to a .244 batting average during the year.
2018: As a junior, Kopeck appeared in 25 games with 20 starts as the team's top starting pitcher. Kopeck posted a record of 12-7 with 10 complete games and three shutouts before her outstanding season was cut short due to injury. Kopeck led St. Cloud State in strike outs at the end of the season, compiling 87 total in 107 innings pitched for the Huskies. Kopeck was named the NSIC Pitcher of the Week on April 24 and was an NSIC butch Raymond Scholarship Award winner at the end of the 2018 season.
2017: Named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team...was named the NSIC Pitcher of the Week on Feb. 6....won 14 games, had a 3.63 ERA, pitched in 30 games with 24 starts, 14 complete games, four shutouts, 162.2 inning thrown and 113 strikeouts...ranked seventh in the league in strikeouts, ninth in shutouts, 10th in innings pitched and wins....threw shutouts against Black Hills State (3/4), Felician (3/9), MSU Moorhead (4/19) and Southwest Minnesota State (4/23)...threw a one-hitter against Felician (3/9)...struck out a career-high 12 batters against MSU Moorhead (4/19)...earned the save against Northern State (5/4).
2016: Appeared in 23 games with nine starts in the circle…Went 5-3 with three complete games, a save, 72 innings pitched and 50 strikeouts…Had a 7.0 inning complete game with seven strikeouts against Wisconsin-Parkside (2/13)…earned the save with two scoreless innings against Minnesota State (3/25).
