Sophomore Season 2023: Kelly Lass Invitational (2/11-12): Saw some time at third base the first game of the season against Mary... made an appearance as a pinch hitter and drew a walk against Mary... Washburn Invite (2/24-26): Entered the game off the bench as a pinch hitter and drew a walk against Pittsburg State... Converted on her chance at bat as a pinch hitter and provided an RBI against Central Missouri... In her second season with the Huskies, Fitzgerald appeared in 50 games with 46 starts where she tallied 39 hits in 132 at-bats. She posted a season batting average of .295, an on-base percentage of .414, and a .439 slugging percentage. She recorded 22 RBIs, eight doubles, three home runs, and one triple. Fitzgerald earned NSIC Player of the Week honors on Feb. 27 for her performance at the Washburn Invite (Feb. 26 - Feb. 27) where she went 6-for-9 while batting .667 while slugging an impressive .727 with six hits and two extra base hits. Primarily on defense at third base, she recorded 47 putouts with 68 assists. Additionally, Fitzgerald was an NSIC All-Academic team member.
Freshman Season 2022: As a true freshman, Fitzgerald appeared in 42 games with 29 starts for St. Cloud State, primarily at third or first base. She hit .247 at the plate, with 22 hits in 89 at bats, including three doubles and four home runs. Fitzgerald was named to the Wasburn Invite All-Tournament Team after going 6-9 at the plate with eight RBI and three home runs over a three game span and tallied her first collegiate hit against Bemidji State on February 11.
High School: A four-year starter for Richards High School, Fitzgerald earned multiple accolades from both her conference and the NFCA. A 2x NFCA High School Scholar All-American, Fitzgerald earned First Team All-Conference honors in both 2018 and 2019 and was additionally named the 2019 Christa Carbray Johnson Heart & Hustle Award recipient in 2019. She hit well over .400 with both her high school and club teams, tallying a .430 career high school batting average with 33 RBI and a slugging percentage of .571.
