2013: Started in 51 games for the Huskies during the 2013 season and played in 52 in the outfield. Lehnen totaled 138 at bats during the season and posted 33 hits for a .239 average. She finished with four doubles and 14 RBI's on the year, scoring 18 runs herself. Lehnen made 20 putouts in right field, four assists and committed just one error for a .960 fielding percentage.
2012: Started and played in all 52 games for the Huskies in centerfield during her freshman campaign…batted .253 on the season in 146 at-bats…recorded 37 hits and scored 12 runs…had five doubles and three home runs…third on the team with 28 RBI...51 total bases…owned a .349 slugging percentage and .353 on-base percentage…third on the team with 20 walks…stole two bases…recorded 52 putouts and three assists defensively…ended the season with a .965 fielding percentage.
HIGH SCHOOL: A native of Burnsville, Minn...a three-time softball letterwinner for the Burnsville High School Blaze...coached by Hillary Hanson...a First Team All-Lake Conference choice in 2009, Lehnen helped lead her prep team to the Minnesota State High School 3AAA Section Championship in 2010 and landed herself on the Minnesota State All-Tournament squad that same season...twice she has garnered All-State Honorable Mention nods (2009 & 2010) and during her junior stint in 2010 she hit .342 in conference play...during the fall and summer months, Lehnen played with the Minnesota Irish Southwest in 2007 and 2008, and the Minnesota Sting’s roster...amassed a .472 batting average and a .560 on-base percentage during the Fall of 2010.
PERSONAL: The daughter of Terry and Wendy Lehnen...a member of the National Honor Society...she was a two-time academic lettterwinner and was selected as the Student Council treasurer for her final year of high school...also lettered in basketball at BHS...was on the A-honor roll during her high school career...plans to pursue a degree in nursing at St. Cloud State.
