Before SCSU: A Lakeville North High School standout, compiled a 195-55 (121 by fall) career mark while placing in three MSHSL Class 3A state tournament appearances....a two-time state finalist and runner-up at 160-pounds in 2015 and 2014...in 2013, he placed fourth at 160-pounds...a four-time MSHSL state qualifier while competing for the Panthers...Westrich, placed sixth in the 2012 USA Wrestling Nationals to earn All-American honors.

Personal: He is the son of Matt and Aubrey Westrich.
